In addition to our own leading research activities, GLS offers additional design freedom thanks to our strategic alliances with leading polymer suppliers. Because we are able to draw on both in-house development and our strategic alliances, GLS can deliver the right soft TPE compound for virtually any application.

	GLS and Kraton (Houston, TX) have a long and productive 23-year history. GLS distributes Kraton polymers and compounds exclusively in the USA. In addition, GLS' proprietary DYNAFLEX® Brand thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs) are enhanced formulations based on KRATON® polymers.
	GLS and BASF Corporation (Wyandotte, MI) have entered into an exclusive licensed compounding agreement for specialty thermoplastic urethanes (TPUs) by BASF. The resulting technology developments are marketed under the tradename VERSOLLAN™ TPE. Initial product introductions have included a new class of soft, high performance "rubberized" TPU elastomers.
